CATERINA CREPAX PAPER DREAMS

ABOUT ME
Caterina born in Milan and grew up surrounded by a creative atmosphere, being the daughter of the famous comic artist Guido Crepax. An interior architect, she creates sumptuous garments and refined objects of desire using paper, transforming common materials into precious "fabrics" through an ironic metamosis. Her works, characterized by cuts, folds, and inlays, evoke magical creatures inspired by the animal and plant worlds, like "chrysalises" that retain a memory of the past. She works as an artist, creating wearable elements for fashion shows and theatrical performances, conducts workshops in fashion and design schools, and facilitates team-building activities for companies, while also collaborating with her family managing her father's archive to promote new initiatives globally.
